Cllr Bill Hayton has represented Bradstowe ward on Thanet District Council and Broadstairs Town Council since 1999.  He has been active in obtaining funding for a variety of projects and is always keen to promote the town to the wider world.  Bill is known as a “Listening Councillor” who seeks to understand the needs and concerns of the Residents in his ward and fight for their interests.  Bill is also a County Councillor and was honoured to be elected as Chairman of Kent County Council this year.
